DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\nMDOT Bay Region Office  (5859 Sherman Rd\, Saginaw\, MI 48604) \nTraining session from 10:00 am- 3:40 pm with sign-in/networking starting at 9:30 am. \nA light meal is provided to attendees. \n  \nAll trainings are FREE\, but registration is required as space is limited. Registration for this Saginaw training event is closed! \n  \nEach training will consist of hands-on sessions designed to help you build or sustain a SRTS project. Presentations share best practices and success stories from some of Michigan’s most innovative projects. Session topics include: \n\nUsing Community Assets to Navigate the Planning Process\nBuilding Enduring District-Wide SRTS Programs with Policy and Partnerships\nStudents at the Center: Youth Engagement and Leadership with SRTS\nSRTS in Rural Communities\n\nThis training is for you if you are a principal\, superintendent\, school transportation official\, planner\, engineer\, road authority representative\, local champion\, award recipient\, or someone who wants to dive deeper into the SRTS movement.  \n  \nIndividuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend Michigan Fitness Foundation-sponsored events.
