Michigan Health Endowment Fund (Health Fund) is a philanthropic foundation whose mission is “to improve the health and wellness of Michigan residents, with special emphasis on the health and wellness of children and seniors, while reducing the cost of healthcare.”
The Health Fund’s 2024 Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyles Initiative is now open for projects that will increase access to healthy food and opportunities for physical activity. Successful proposals will:
• Inform policy through analysis, collaboration, and education
• Strengthen community capacity
• Spark innovation and build sustainability
GRANT RANGE: $50,000 to $500,000
